  • 0 Sales reps imported from Zoho getUsers (78 active confirmed users total, classified Sales vs Operations via Zoho profile)
  • 15 v2 tables migrated: employees, zoho_users, deals (3 tables), metrics_daily, calls, transcripts, scores, leave_balance, etc.
  • 0call records loaded (collector will populate Phase 2; today it's an empty table waiting to receive Zoho COQL output)
  • Excel deal parser handles all 5 row patterns + attribution splits + name reconciliation
